How does Flowteck work?

Flowteck provides you with complete peace of mind. Choose your new boiler or service plan with us and we will take care of the rest. We will always keep you updated, whether it’s a new boiler you’re having installed by us, or on a service plan with us.

I’ve chosen my service plan, from when will my cover start?

Once you have chosen your service plan, one of our friendly staff will get in contact with you to confirm all of your details. After the phone call you will be covered immediately. There will be a cover limit of £200 within the first 30 days of your plan. After 30 days you will have full cover.

Who is Flowtecks’s insurance partner?

Flowteck does not have an insurance partner. This is because we don’t want to limit ourselves on what we can cover. With an insurance partner, we have to work to their strict guidelines. We only promote our own products. We provide you with service plans, not insurance.

How many years warranty will I get with my new boiler?

We are the people’s choice when it comes to excellent workmanship. Therefore, you will get a standard 5 year manufacturers warranty with added 2 year Flowteck warranty (Subject to T&C). An amazing 7 year warranty.

Do I get a powerflush with my new boiler?

With every new installation we highly recommend a powerflush. This way any nasties in your system will be flushed out prolonging the life of your new boiler. If you are on a service plan with us, one or our expert engineers will advise you if your system requires a powerflush.

Do I get warranty with my powerflush?

Flowteck provides a 10 year warranty on all system powerflushes.
